SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Every acquisition is fully insured in transit and requires signature on delivery.

• United Kingdom deliveries are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed or an equivalent insured premium courier
• International deliveries are dispatched by a fully tracked, insured and signed service
• Tracking information is supplied after dispatch

Approved acquisitions are normally dispatched within 3–7 working days after payment has cleared and any required verification procedures have been completed.

For the security of the collector and the masterpiece:

• Masterpieces are normally shipped only to the verified billing address associated with the completed payment
• Requests to change the delivery address after payment may require additional identity and security verification and remain entirely at the discretion of Maison SEIFI
• Maison SEIFI may require government-issued photographic identification upon delivery where appropriate

Parcels are dispatched in discreet, unbranded secure packaging. The Maison does not disclose the contents of a shipment on any external documentation beyond that required by law or customs.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges applicable outside the United Kingdom are the responsibility of the collector.

Maison SEIFI reserves the right to amend its policies, acquisition procedures, and collector requirements without prior notice.
