REFUND & CANCELLATION

Every Maison SEIFI masterpiece is a unique, one-of-one artifact created or acquired for a single collector. Acquisitions are therefore treated as final upon transfer of the Certificate of Authenticity.

Returns are generally not accepted once the Certificate of Authenticity has been transferred, except where:

• the masterpiece arrives damaged
• the masterpiece is materially different from its description
• or Maison SEIFI agrees otherwise in writing

Any claim of damage or material discrepancy must be notified to the Maison within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence and the original packaging.

Where a return is accepted, the masterpiece must be returned unworn, unaltered, and complete with its Certificate of Authenticity and presentation materials, by an insured and signed service arranged with the Maison.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment instrument, normally within ten working days of the masterpiece being received and examined.

An accepted offer may be withdrawn by the collector at any time before settlement without charge. After settlement, cancellation is at the discretion of the Maison.

Nothing in this policy affects the statutory rights of consumers under applicable United Kingdom consumer law, including rights relating to goods that are faulty or not as described.

Maison SEIFI reserves the right to amend its policies, acquisition procedures, and collector requirements without prior notice.
