MAISON SEIFI
COLLECTOR AGREEMENT
This Collector Agreement governs the private acquisition of a Maison SEIFI masterpiece. By proceeding to settlement, the collector confirms that the following terms have been read, understood and accepted.
I · Terms & Conditions
Each Maison SEIFI masterpiece is a one-of-one artifact. An accepted offer constitutes a private invitation to settle a specific masterpiece at the agreed amount, valid only until the stated settlement deadline. Ownership transfers upon cleared payment and issuance of the Certificate of Authenticity.
II · Privacy
Collector identity, correspondence, provenance and acquisition history remain strictly confidential and are never sold, leased or disclosed for marketing purposes. Full terms are set out in the Privacy Policy.
III · AML / KYC
Identity verification may be required before an acquisition is completed. The Maison may request proof of identity and source of funds for high-value acquisitions and may delay or refuse an acquisition until compliance checks are concluded. Payment should normally originate from an account belonging to the collector. Maison SEIFI complies with applicable UK Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
IV · Shipping & Delivery
Every acquisition is fully insured and requires signature on delivery. Approved acquisitions are normally dispatched within 3–7 working days after payment has cleared and any required verification procedures have been completed. Masterpieces are normally shipped only to the verified billing address associated with the completed payment.
V · Refund & Cancellation
Each masterpiece is unique. Returns are generally not accepted once the Certificate of Authenticity has been transferred, save where the masterpiece arrives damaged, is materially different from its description, or where the Maison agrees otherwise in writing. Statutory rights under UK consumer law are unaffected.
VI · Certificate of Authenticity
Every masterpiece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity issued and signed by G. Seifi, Founder, Maison SEIFI, recording the masterpiece number, materials and date of acquisition. The certificate is the definitive record of ownership and provenance.
VII · Acquisition Process
Private offer · Maison review · Acceptance and settlement invitation · Payment by bank transfer or secure card settlement · Verification · Issuance of the Certificate of Authenticity · Insured, signed delivery.
Maison SEIFI reserves the right to amend its policies, acquisition procedures, and collector requirements without prior notice.
